The “Bakashiot” are responsible of defending Israel’s sea borders, preventing enemy invasions onto the shores and operating advanced control and supervision systems such as discovery cameras, night-vision devices and different communication devices. Their job routine is supervision of different watercrafts in the sea area, to roust forces if necessary and to manage situations in time of an emergency.
What are the admission requirements?
Profile - 45 and above
Yom Hame’a scores - for girls only:
Technical - 2 and above
Data Processing - 3 and above
Teamwork - 3 and above
Ongoing Concentration - 3 and above
What does the role include?
Basic training (02) and 3 months of training.
Where will I be placed?
The Navy’s headquarters.

The job assigning is determined by your personal data, your preferences, professional considerations, and the Military’s needs. There may be changes in the admission requirements mentioned above and additional considerations that are reflected in the status of your candidacy. Those who are qualified will be given the option to precede towards training and command courses.
