The mentor’s job is to help boarding school students with their studies by tutoring in different subjects of the mentor’s choice and helping the students manage their time with a list of tasks and prioritize them. The mentors need to know the teaching material well and keep close contact with the boarding school’s teachers.
What are the admission requirements?
Profile - 45 and above
DAPAR - 50 and above
Yom Hame’a scores - for girls only:
Guidance - 3 and above
Human Relations - 3 and above
Command - 2 and above
Teamwork - 3 and above
What does the role include?
Basic training (02) and training which depends on where you have been assigned.
Where will I be placed?
The mentors will be assigned around the country.

The job assigning is determined by your personal data, your preferences, professional considerations, and the Military’s needs.There may be changes in the admission requirements mentioned above and additional considerations that are reflected in the status of your candidacy. Those who are qualified will be given the option to precede towards training and command courses.
