Kfir is the newest infantry brigade specializing in fighting terror in the Yehuda and Shomron area. The brigade battalions are placed from Hevron until Tul Carem, and perform complicated and challenging operational activity. In this job the combat soldier is required to adjust to war conditions, display a high fitness level and activate different war methods according to what is needed. Like so, the soldiers being recruited to the brigade will have an option to be sorted to the K-9 unit “Oketz” after being recruited.

what are the admission requirements?

Profile - 82 and above

Yom Hame’a scores - for girls only:

Basic training (05) of 4 months, Advanced training (7) of 3 months, and 3 months as a combat soldier in the course.

Where will i be placed?

In the different brigade’s battallions, mostly in the ayosh area (Yehuda and Shomron area). Ones who are qualified will be able to proceed to training and command courses.
