The drivers are responsible for transporting and supplying various equipment such as weapons, clothing, vehicles and food to various bases throughout the country. In addition, the drivers are entitled to many service benefits such as a day of compensation (an additional day off) once a week, additional payment for the military salary, free travel even in civilian clothes and more.

What does the role include?
Basic training (02) and advanced training of driving vehicles weighing over 12 tons for 13 weeks and 50 hours of driving lessons accompanied by an experienced veteran driver. Driving license training of vehicles over 12 tons (C1) and towing supports (E) which also allows driving on B and C vehicles.
Where will I be placed?
In one of the three units of the Transport Center (the Tira Brigade near Tirat Hacarmel, the Ben Ami Battalion near Shoham and the Mishmar Hanegev Battalion), while moving between bases around the country.

Those who are qualified will be given the option to precede towards training and command courses.
