The instructors are the home front command ambassadors in front of Israel’s population. They are in charge of preparing elementary students, civil and government company workers and the elder population to face different emergency situations such as natural disasters, fires and rocket fires. The instructors gain knowledge in teaching, pedagogy and psychology and meet all the shades of the Israeli population.

What are the admission requirements?

Profile - 45 and above

Requires knowledge of at least two foreign languages fluently.

Yom Hame’a scores - for girls only:

Guidance - 3 and above

Human Relations - 2 and above

What does the role include?

Basic training (02) and preparation of 3 months in the rescue and instructing brigade (The school for the home front professions placed in Trifin).

Where will I be placed?

In one of the home front command districts - south, north, Jerusalem, the central area, Dan and Haifa - in an open-base format.
