Planning and executing education in the unit, activities surrounding culture, advocacy, battle heritage, land acknowledgement and the IDF’s values. In addition, the coordinators arrange trips and educational occasions in order to strengthen the soldiers’ feeling of belonging and commitment to the IDF and to the country. Like so, the coordinators are responsible of assisting the commanders in fulfilling their commanding and educational role.

What are the admission requirements?

Profile - 45 and above

Requires knowledge of at least two foreign languages fluently.

Yom Hame’a scores - for girls only:

Human Relations - 3 and above

Management and Organization - 3 and above

Guidance - 3 and above

What does the role include?

Basic training (02) and training of 7 weeks.

Where will I be placed?

In different IDF bases around the country.
