One of the legends among the fighter pilots in Israel and around the world is Giora Even, the pilot who bombed the most enemy jets in the world. The impressive record stands at 17 aircraft bombings in three wars during his service. In addition, he received the nickname "Hawkeye" due to his extraordinary eyesight.  It's time to wake up

When most of your activity takes place between the earth and the sky, there is a lot of responsibility. Therefore, it's not just the pilots who work 24\7 but also the soldiers who check the maintenance and safety of the aircraft to ensure that the aircraft can take off at any time, the air intelligence soldiers gather up-to-date intelligence images in order to predict the enemy's intentions as well as the Air Control Unit ("Yaba") which assists the aircraft from takeoff to landing

 The Miller Revolution

Sometimes, in order to change reality, one must dream about clouds. In 1995, Alice Miller, an officer in the Air Force, applied for the flight course but her request was denied because the course wasn't open for women! Miller was the first to question the status quo, she submitted a petition to the Supreme Court, which then accepted her statement and deemed the ban on female recruits to the aviation course as unconstitutional. Although Miller herself didn’t pass the screening successfully, her struggle paved the way for dozens of IDF female pilots
