First of all, what is digital reception?

In the past, admission to your unit was carried out by filling out forms and physically arriving at each station. To make it easier it was transferred to a questionnaire digitally on the “צ׳360” website.

Step by step

1. Two days before your recruitment you will receive a link to register on the IDF website as a MyIDF user. It is important to complete the registration before your recruitment to save time on your recruitment day.
2. After you have created a MyIDF user, you must enter the “צ׳360” website, where you will connect using the username and password you created.
3. After that, click on “progress service” and then on “digital reception”.
4. On the digital reception screen, select “training reception”.
5. You must fill out the three questionnaires on the recruitment day: medical, social security, personal details questionnaire.

Medical questionnaire:

• Fill out all the data in the medical questionnaire. It is important to save the grade you received at the end of filling out the questionnaire.

‘Tash’ Questionnaire:

• Fill out all the data. Pay attention! You are required to fill out the last three questions together with a ‘Mishakit Tash’. At the end of the questionnaire click on “save and exit” instead of “finish”.

Personal details questionnaire:

• Please note, this questionnaire consists of two parts. The first part you will fill in all the details, in the second part you will have to verify that the details you provided are correct.

First step

You must fill in the details that do not appear with a gray background. If there is an error in the information written over a gray background, you must contact a recruiting officer because you can’t change that data yourself. You must have a reference to your bank account.

Please note, after each change you must click on ‘save the data’. After completing the questionnaire click on the return button through the browser, return to the initial screen and click the ‘next’ button.

Second step

In this part you will confirm that the details you have filled are correct and the click on ‘finish’.

At the end of filling out the questionnaires the questionnaires will appear under the heading ‘done’ or ‘for reference’. A soldier you received a code 80 or below in a medical questionnaire, the questionnaire will remain under the heading ‘to be resolved’.
