The “Tamar” supporters’ job is to give operational support to the different IDF systems. The soldiers in this role are the professional source in the network process domain, in the teleprocessing system control domain and interfaces.

This role includes giving service and responding to malfunctions. In this role you learn about all of the operating systems, “SYSTEM” and servers, communication and network architecture.

Technical - 4 and above

Data processing - 4 and above

What does the role include?

Basic training (02) and training of 5 weeks in Bahad 7 in “Kiryat Hahadracha” (Ariel Sharon camp) combined with the different IDF units.

Where will I be placed?

In the teleprocessing department, the ground force, the intelligence department, the Navy, the spatial commands (southern, central, home front and northern command) and the mamram unit.
