The Operation Sergeants are the first to respond to situations going on in their zone.
Being an Operation Sergeant means managing an operation room regularly and during an emergency, receiving reports and forwarding them live to the relevant factors. Reports that different units in the area send are delivered to operation sergeants, who are in charge of managing the situations while keeping maps and contact controlled.
The job combines coordinating practices in training fields, closing firing ranges, reporting partnered training and sending daily reports.

What are the admission requirements?
Profile - 25 and above
Yom Hame’a scores - for girls only:
Management and Organization - 2 and above
Data processing - 3 and above
Teamwork - 3 and above
Ongoing Concentration - 3 and above
What does the role include?
Basic training (02) and advanced training of one month.
Where will I be placed?
You will be placed in the security zones, commanding headquarters, the operation brigade and more.
