Taking care of the individual is one of the TASH staff’s main jobs. Similar to a social worker's job, the TASH staff is available and directed to solve problems in different categories such as finance troubles, family issues and assigned responses for special population such as: lone soldiers, immigrants, married soldiers, etc. As part of their job they are required to have the ability to be sensitive, to be giving, and to have love for mankind. This job enables a big variety of paths for development, from guidance to command.

Yom Hame’a scores - for girls only:

Human relations - 4 and above

Management and Organizing - 3 and above

Data processing - 3 and above

Command - 2 and above

Teamwork - 3 and above

What does the role include?

Basic training (02) and advanced training of 7 weeks.

Where will I be placed?

In different units all over the country.
