What is a data validation questionnaire?

The questionnaire is the first step you will go through in the recruitment process and its role is to verify your personal data before starting the process at the recruitment bureau. It includes details such as: your personal details, family, studies, means of communication, and a physiological questionnaire.

Please note:

• Providing incorrect details harms your recruitment procedures and is a violation of state laws.
• It is not possible to do the First Order before the 11th grade. Therefore, if you answer the questionnaire that you are in the 10th grade, the questionnaire will be closed.
• The data verification questionnaire is an important questionnaire, it must be filled out with concentration to not make any mistakes.

How do you enter the questionnaire?

The questionnaire is in the personal area of the Mitgaisim website. If this is the first time you connect to the site, you can connect using your ID number and the login password written on your First Order summon. If you don’t have the login password click on the “I don’t have a password” button and log in using the date of issuance of your ID card. Once entering the website, press on the data verification questionnaire bubble that will appear on the right side and fill out the questionnaire.

How do you fill it?

• First step - Personal details: at this stage you will have to confirm the various personal details - full name, religion, citizenship, date of birth, and more.
• Second step - Family: in this step you will have to fill in the details about your family.
• Third step - Means of communication: here you will fill in your contact details (phone, address and residential details).
• Fourth step - Studies: at this stage you will have to fill in the educational institutions where you studied and the subjects you studied.
• Fifth step - Physiological questionnaire: 15 short questions to help get to know you better.

Some important things

1. The questionnaire closes 5 days before the date of the First Order, after which it will not be accessible. At the end of the questionnaire you will receive a reference number.
2. You can exit the questionnaire at any time, save the information you have filled so far and come back to finish later.
3. If you moved the date of the First Order, the questionnaire will be opened and closed accordingly.
4. The adjustments given at the school are not necessarily the adjustments that will be given to you in the First Order.
