1) Why do you need to send learning disabilities documents?

• Learning disability documents need to be checked before the First order to examine your eligibility for adjustments in the psychotechnical tests (the Dapar test). The adjustments are extremely helpful for those who need them.

 2) How do I know that I am entitled to adjustments in the psychotechnical test?

• The diagnosis is checked by qualified diagnostic examiners from the psychotechnical department, who decide according to military criteria whether you are eligible for adjustments in the psychotechnical test. You will receive a message (written or SMS) whether the adjustments have been approved or not.

 3) Does having a learning disability affect my data?

• Sending the documents of a learning disability does not affect the quality of your data. On the contrary; the adjustments you may receive will help you succeed in the psychotechnic test.

 4) What if I have ADHD?

• People with ADHD are required to send/ upload to the website:
  • Summary of the characterization and eligibility committee and/ or
  • Full psychological diagnosis and/or
  • Prescription for ADHD medication signed by a psychologist/ neurologist/ psychiatrist or family doctor with documentation of the diagnosis of ADHD
• In order to examine your eligibility for adjustments

 5) My documents were not accepted, why?

• A document will only be accepted if:
  • Signed by an authorized person.
  • Includes all the pages, arranged, and numbered (including appendices).
  • The diagnosis needs to be not earlier than the big holiday between the 6th and 7th grade.
  • Includes all personal details: full name, Israeli ID number, date of birth, etc. It is also important to add a mobile phone number.

 6) Are the adjustments I have at school the same as the adjustments in the First Order tests?

• The psychotechnic exam is different from exams at school so the method of checking the credentials and providing adjustments is different from at school. It is possible that you will receive adjustments that you did not receive at school and vice versa.
• Certain courses in the army also provide adjustments based on the adjustments you received on the First Order.

 7) Can I appeal the decision made regarding my diagnosis?

• It is not possible to dispute the decision. The diagnosis is checked by authorized parties. The privacy of the individual is maintained throughout the process.

 8) How do you send the documents?

The documents can be uploaded through the data verification questionnaire. You can also upload the documents in the personal area of the Mitgaisim website. The receipt of the documents must be confirmed within 24 hours of sending them.
